Requirements
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong technical expertise in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau), and Python

Responsibilities
  • Serve as a trusted analytics partner to Zeta’s clients, focusing on improving their ROI and market share
  • Utilize data and insights to drive campaign measurement, prescriptive optimizations, and develop a path to consistent performance that exceeds client expectations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Account Management, Operations) to establish repeatable frameworks for actionable insights
  • Assist in the development and deployment of state-of-the-art predictive and self-adjusting ML models to significantly enhance campaign performance
