Requirements
  • A Master's degree in Law or equivalent with at least 3 years of experience ideally in the field of financial services and the software industry (with SaaS knowledge)
  • Proficiency in English; French, German or any other language is an asset
  • A self-starter, organized and proactive demeanour

  • Excellent problem-solving skills, judgment, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to present sophisticated issues clearly and concisely and provide succinct and practical legal advice.
Responsibilities
  • Deal with complex matters with multiple partners and forces
  • Give accurate and timely counsel to the sales department
  • Communicate and interact with customers, suppliers, and partners
  • Review, negotiate and draft SaaS contracts for our customers
  • Review and negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreements
  • Provide legal support to other departments
