Scan guest tickets upon entry and ensure proper ticket usage.
Interact with guests while maintaining a festive atmosphere.
Maintain a clean working environment and alert the manager on duty of lighting outages.
Assist in other areas of the department, including trains or any location throughout the garden.
Work the temporary seasonal position from mid-October through January 10th.

Description
The Guest Experience Associate operates in various locations at Atlanta Botanical Gardens to include greeting guests, answering questions, directing guests, and scanning tickets.
This a temporary position, the season will begin mid-October and continue through January 10th.
Key Responsibilities
Greet guests with a smile and a verbal welcome using an enthusiastic and pleasant manner

Maintain clean working environment, alert MOD of lighting outages
Assist in other areas of the department such as trains or any location throughout the garden
