Requirements
  • Proven experience in a training coordination role, preferably within the legal industry.
  • Significant experience in a large law firm is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success establishing, developing, and managing CLE processes for multiple parties.
  • Familiarity with software data management systems such as Micron CE Manager is a plus.
  • Proficiency with the m365; experience with AI tools.
  • Experience with Canva design.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • A degree in Education or a related field is preferred.
  • LMS experience.
Responsibilities
  • Manage the process of obtaining and maintaining Continuing Legal Education (CLE) accreditation for training programs.
  • Support external accreditation for CLE, HRCI, and SHRM.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and CLE credits.
  • Draft and edit language for training invitations, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Coordinate logistics for in-person and live remote training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and technical setup.
  • Assist with the organization and execution of live in-person training workshops and events.
  • Support the facilitator and/or subject matter expert in developing and implementing training programs, ensuring all materials and resources are prepared and available.
  • Work closely with the Learning and Professional Development Team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of training programs.
  • Quickly learn and utilize new tools and technologies to enhance training delivery and support firmwide software rollouts.
  • Schedule programming on LMS system.
  • Other duties as assigned.
