  • Developing the right media strategy to create awareness for Homebase based on insights into the city’s culture and events
  • Building a locally relatable yet differentiated social presence that drives virality within the small business community
  • Setting up Homebase’s first local customer advocacy program that accelerates the referrals and recommendation engine
  • Creating and operationalizing a city playbook based on data-driven learnings that can be scaled to other cities in America
  • Working cross-functionally with marketing and offline Sales to create a connected selling experience
