What believers are saying

  • New Owen employees get formal trade pathways: apprenticeship options include classroom and remote programs through named training partners.
  • Owen's full-time Jacksonville electricians get benefit choices: the posting lists four health plans and retirement matching.
  • Owen's general superintendent opening offers broad scope: program leadership covers multiple buildings and concurrent construction fronts.

What critics are saying

  • Owen's traveling data center electrician role requires mobility: the full-time opening covers multiple states.
  • Owen's Jacksonville electrician work is physical: varied-weather outdoor tasks and occasional 50-pound lifting, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Owen sets a senior hiring threshold: its general superintendent role requires ten years of electrical field leadership.

What makes Owen Electric unique

  • Owen checks installations digitally: its in-house modeling team combines 3D scans with site tablets to catch misplaced components.
  • Owen moves assembly offsite: its fabrication department ships ready-to-install electrical rooms and complete kits to construction sites.
  • Owen separates response work: a dedicated service team handles preventive maintenance and electrical emergencies.
