At least 5 years of residential construction project management experience.
Strong knowledge of carpentry, estimating, scheduling, and construction processes.
Ability to use project management tools and scheduling software.

Manage residential construction projects, including new homes, additions, and remodels, from start to finish.
Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines.
Prepare and manage estimates, contracts, and change orders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure a positive client experience.
Collaborate with designers, architects, and internal teams.
Coordinate carpenters, subcontractors, and trade partners.
Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite.
Ensure quality standards, code compliance, and proper documentation.
Proactively solve problems to keep projects on track and on budget.

This is an in-office, field-based position working closely with our team, clients, and job sites (not remote).
