Requirements
  • Must have a master’s degree in a behavioral science field from an accredited college or university. Demonstrate the competencies to become credentialed as a QMHP as outlined in the Oregon Administrative Rules (OAR). Certification must be current and in compliance with the OAR’s. Must meet the requirements to be credentialed as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) through MHACBO.
  • A minimum of three years of relevant post-graduate work experience.
  • Possess a valid driver’s license, minimum of one year driving history, ability to pass Driver Motor Vehicle (DMV) check and complete the Cascadia online Defensive Driving course.
  • Ability to use computer hardware and software, including Microsoft Office Suite, to perform essential functions.
  • Familiarity with recovery models, motivational interviewing, and evidence-based practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients, staff, internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities

Responsibilities
  • Provide leadership and oversight of day-to-day program operations, integrating best practices and evaluating service delivery.
  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure continuity of care.
  • Foster collaboration among team members as well as across the organization.
  • Provide regular updates to management and communicate relevant information to frontline staff.
  • Manage resources efficiently in accordance with established procedures and policies; monitor operations to ensure quality and consistency.
  • Oversee and approve timekeeping and leave requests in compliance with organizational policies.
  • Support staff to ensure alignment with program goals and objectives.
  • Organize day-to-day workflows to support staff and ensure high-quality care for the individuals we serve.
  • Prepare reports as requested; monitor expenditures and the use of agency and program resources; recommend and implement strategies to improve efficiency.
  • Apply Feedback Informed Treatment (FIT) practices as part of the service delivery team, in alignment with Cascadia and the program’s current level of FIT implementation.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with laws, regulations, policies, and procedures under which the program and company operate.
  • Comply with and manage relevant Contracts, Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), and Grants.
  • Assist in crisis situations as appropriate; follow protocols and procedures in coordination with the treatment team.
  • Respect and honor client rights and responsibilities and demonstrate professional boundaries and ethics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation that ensures compliance with all agency policies and procedures and local, state, and federal regulations, and billing requirements.
  • Adhere to mandatory abuse reporting laws; understand and abide by federal regulation of Alcohol and Drug information, 42CFR Part 2 and HIPAA regulations.
  • Understand safety regulations and evacuation procedures; participate in regular safety drills in compliance with program policies and procedures.
  • Complete assigned employee training in compliance with program and company requirements.
  • Provide guidance, support, and training to staff in alignment with company mission and values.
  • Participate in all scheduled staff meetings, supervision sessions, and other departmental and company meetings.
  • Provide regular supervision, coaching, and annual training oversight for direct reports to ensure that program goals and objectives are met.
  • Ensure completion of personal and team documentation, including but not limited to assessment, treatment, clients’ progress and other activities, as required.
  • Provide input and feedback to program leadership regarding program and training needs.
  • Establish work plans and priorities for staff members, assess the progress of staff members.
  • Promote and complete annual employee training requirements on a timely basis.
  • Demonstrate commitment to continuing professional development.
  • Participate in a 24/7 Administrator On-Call (AOC) rotation shared between leadership as scheduled.
