Requirements
  • At least 8 years of product management experience, including creating strategic product roadmaps and working with cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Experience working in an agile environment.
  • Experience building and launching products from ideation through launch and revision.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in agile methodologies, including working with multiple scrum teams on simultaneous builds.
  • Experience managing daily technical and design direction.
  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related discipline.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and execution of Corporate Trust's Escrow, Specialty, and Public Finance product strategy, supporting the Product Head.
  • Provide strategic guidance across Product/Platform by helping shape product vision, roadmap priorities, and go-to-market direction for products with meaningful business impact.
  • Serve as a thought leader across the product organization by partnering with Product Heads, Senior Vice President Product Managers, and Directors to influence product direction, strengthen strategic alignment, and ensure consistent execution of product strategy.
  • Provide strategic oversight and input into multiple pod-level backlogs, guide prioritization, and ensure alignment to broader product objectives while empowering Product Owners to manage day-to-day execution.
  • Support the aggregation and transparency of product-related risks, contribute to a holistic view of risk across Product/Platform, and advise on mitigation strategies and remediation efforts.
  • Influence prioritization decisions by incorporating market intelligence, client needs, and financial considerations to align product investments with business objectives and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate across Product/Platform leadership and cross-functional stakeholders, including Sales, Risk, Operations, and Technology, to share progress, challenge assumptions, and drive continuous improvement in product strategy and delivery.
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex product issues by providing guidance and decision support on strategic risks, trade-offs, and critical initiatives.
