Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the COO and Executive Team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aligned with the company's long-term goals and objectives
- Oversee critical projects and initiatives, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and alignment with strategic priorities
- Lead efforts to optimize operational processes and workflows, driving efficiency and scalability across departments and functions
- Utilize data analytics and insights to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, enabling informed decision-making and resource allocation
- Drive organizational change initiatives by developing change management plans, engaging stakeholders, and implementing communication strategies to ensure successful adoption
- Foster a culture of collaboration and teamwork across departments, promoting transparency, communication, and knowledge sharing
- Provide high-level support to the Executive Team, including agenda development, meeting facilitation, and follow-up on items
