Requirements
  • 2+ years of relevant experience in eCommerce and/or Merchandising
  • Proactive with excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to communicate and present data and project milestones clearly
  • Experience working with Google productivity tools, including Docs, Spreadsheets, Gmail, and Calendar and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
  • Support execution and reporting of merchandising efforts that engage and activate our audience of high net-worth buyers and interior designers
  • Assist with merchandising of our marketplace and campaign collections across verticals and segments: Furniture, Art, Sale, Trade etc.
  • Support our team across Site content management and category merchandising, leveraging performance data to help inform strategy: Gathering regular reporting to evaluate Site health and inform testing
  • Running reporting and competitive to drive category insights and collection planning
  • Manage site and merchandising operational execution across a number a tools and touchpoints
  • Support Merchandising Director on Product roadmapping, driving innovation and impact for team
  • Additional responsibilities as needed, including assisting the Merchandising team with ad-hoc projects and requests
