Requirements
  • Agile delivery and project governance experience within a commercial setting and familiarity with Scrum ceremonies.
  • Ability to lead project planning and re-planning with input from the technical teams and maintain delivery momentum.
  • Experience in leading delivery for multiple projects end-to-end and flexibility in approach.
  • Commercial awareness and excellent stakeholder management skills with demonstrable experience in driving business value.
  • Understanding of the analytics project lifecycle and experience delivering data projects across data engineering, data science, business intelligence and data strategy.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with practical experience as an analytical translator and presenting to senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage time and competing priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Managing delivery across multiple projects, clients and capability areas (data science, BI, data engineering, data strategy), accountable for delivering on time and on budget.
  • Identifying blockers, supporting resolution and escalating where necessary.
  • Focusing the technical project team on the priorities to ensure value creation for clients.
  • Building strong working relationships with our clients and technical teams.
  • Preparing and presenting presentations regularly to senior client stakeholders.
  • Contributing to proposal submissions, business development initiatives and road-mapping of analytical projects and consultancy.
  • Supporting the development of the delivery team and delivery team initiatives within Blend.
