What You Will Do:
The Flashtalking Solutions Engineer focuses primarily on technical scoping, on-boarding, training, and advanced support of clients. They are also responsible for ensuring that campaigns leverage data, serve, track and report correctly. This role requires an in-depth product knowledge along with a strong understanding of ad serving, tracking and data. SEs are highly responsive and professional in their communication, enjoy problem solving, and have an ordered and analytical approach. SEs should aspire to be a thought leader not only in Flashtalking’s platform, but also an industry expert across subject matters such as attribution, dynamic creative optimization, API interactions, social, video, mobile measurement, cookieless identity orchestration, and first- and third-party data executions.

Responsibilities will include:
- Form close relationships with customers to become their trusted ad tech advisor
- Scope, vet, and manage the technical set-up of Flashtalking solutions on behalf of clients
- Deliver new customer onboarding training as well as just-in-time training on new features and capabilities
- Serve as a product and platform expert and share that expertise with customers and colleagues
- Closely monitor customer campaigns and tenaciously troubleshoot technical issues
- Establish meaningful relationships with the Product and Engineering teams, providing product feedback, leading product demonstrations and maintaining integrations with third-party platforms
- Partner with the Campaign Management team by analyzing campaign configuration and offering recommendations to improve performance and operational scale
- Work closely with Account Managers in identifying areas to deepen our customer relationships
- Share industry and product knowledge internally via trainings which can range in focus from select individuals to org-wide presentations
- Identify ways to improve the operational effectiveness and efficiency of the SE team
- Serve as a lead touchpoint for platform-level integrations and product rollouts in partnership with Engineering, Product and Strategy teams
- Help facilitate new business development relationships and foster current partnerships
Who You Are:
- Excellent client facing skills and ability to lead technical conversations with confidence
- Demonstrated ability and confidence in working autonomously
- A strong foundation and aptitude for all things digital, specifically focused on ad serving, dynamic creative, programmatic, data management, attribution, operations, dataflow and processing pipelines, reporting platforms, identity technology, tag/endpoint interactions, and API fundamentals
- A proven track record in owning, driving, and delivering against projects of varying complexity, focus area, and stakeholder composition
- An openness to learn and confidence to ask questions in a self-starter environment
- A steadfastness to clear and concise communication, with the ability to translate potentially complicated technical situations to a variety of audiences
- Ability to motivate and shift perspective in the interest of preserving relationships and communication
- Experience in Ad Tech is essential, preferably working with agency side ad servers or trading platforms
