- A BCA, MCA, BE, or equivalent degree-level qualification.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Communication skills, both oral and written, to develop and deliver key messages for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Develop HP Dialogue templates based on client specifications.
- Build and perform work using related Enterprise Content Management tools, such as HP Empower and ACRSYS, as needed.
- Apply technical understanding to develop HP Dialogue templates.
- Creativity, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
