Requirements
  • 15+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on B2B marketing within the public sector, specifically FED/SLED markets.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful demand generation campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Experience with content marketing, digital marketing, ABM, and event marketing.
  • Strong understanding of public sector procurement processes, regulations, and buying cycles.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on metrics, analysis, and continuous optimization.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to the unique needs of the public sector, with a focus on FED/SLED markets. Align marketing initiatives with sales goals to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth.
  • Lead the planning and execution of demand generation campaigns that support the public sector sales team. Utilize a mix of channels, including digital marketing, events, content marketing, and ABM (Account-Based Marketing) to generate qualified leads and accelerate sales cycles.
  • Create and oversee the production of high-impact content tailored for the public sector audience, including white papers, case studies, webinars, blogs, and thought leadership pieces. Ensure all content is aligned with the HUMAN brand and resonates with government buyers.
  • Work closely with the public sector sales team to understand their priorities, challenges, and opportunities. Partner with product marketing, corporate communications, and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive messaging and go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay informed on public sector market trends, government regulations, and competitive landscape. Provide insights to inform marketing strategies and positioning.
  • Plan and execute public sector-focused events, including industry conferences, webinars, and workshops. Drive event strategy, execution, and post-event follow-up to maximize lead generation and brand visibility.
  • Establish KPIs and regularly report on the performance of public sector marketing initiatives. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and demonstrate ROI.
