Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a high-impact outreach strategy to engage families, community-based organizations, and schools in Nassau County and surrounding areas.
  • Cultivate relationships with senior-level stakeholders in healthcare, education, and community organizations to foster collaboration and referrals.
  • Leverage an established professional network within school systems (parents, teachers, administration, etc.) to promote Brightline’s offerings.
  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify influential community leaders and organizations, leveraging tools such as LinkedIn, district websites, and local directories.
  • Design culturally and demographically tailored outreach and marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption of Brightline’s services.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling materials and campaigns that resonate with Nassau counties diverse family population.
  • Create and implement a partnership strategy to establish Brightline as a trusted resource in the community, focusing on mutual referrals and long-term collaboration.
  • Represent Brightline at high-profile events, such as school fairs, PTA meetings, and community forums, to promote child mental well-being.
  • Organize and lead webinars, workshops, and educational sessions to engage parents, caregivers, and educators.
  • Serve as a visible advocate for Brightline’s mission, building trust and credibility with families and community stakeholders.
  • Define and track key performance metrics, including outreach success rates, activations, and service adoption levels.
  • Regularly present progress, insights, and recommendations to the executive leadership team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to refine strategies based on data-driven insights and community feedback.
  • Proactively gather feedback from families, parents, and community organizations to refine engagement strategies.
  • Identify opportunities for new programs, content, and materials to address evolving community needs.
  • Act as a thought leader, sharing best practices and insights to enhance Brightline’s regional engagement efforts.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce or another CRM preferred
  • Knowledge of pediatric mental health and related services is highly desirable
