- Three years of hospital pharmacy experience.
- Provide pharmaceutical care with an emphasis in the designated specialty care area.
- Assume administrative responsibility for all systems and procedures in the designated practice area.

- Serve patients including neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.
