A minimum of 5 years of experience in an automotive manufacturing plant environment is required.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Program Management, Advanced Quality Planning, or launch management roles is required.
Demonstrated experience as a core team member in at least one full automotive product or program launch within a manufacturing plant is required.
Familiarity with automotive program management tools, launch tracking systems, and structured launch methodologies is required.
Working knowledge of Advanced Product Quality Planning, Production Part Approval Process, automotive quality standards, and production readiness requirements is required.
Understanding of material planning, logistics coordination, and supply chain readiness for production launches is required.
Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain functions is required.
Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills are required to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
Lead plant-level launch execution by coordinating cross-functional and program resources to support production ramp-up, cycle-time targets, and program launch objectives.
Plan, coordinate, and execute build events, including Run at Rate validation and pilot builds, to ensure manufacturing readiness and milestone achievement.
Drive accountability across plant operations, engineering, quality, logistics, purchasing, Advanced Manufacturing Engineering, and Advanced Quality Engineering teams for launch deliverables and launch glidepaths.
Develop, implement, and manage production power-build and capacity ramp-up plans to align manufacturing readiness and capacity with customer demand at start of production and beyond.
Identify, track, and eliminate launch-related barriers affecting production readiness, quality, cost, or delivery performance.
Lead Launch Readiness Review meetings to validate launch preparedness and secure approval for production start-up.
Monitor launch budget, cost, and financial performance.
Coordinate logistics readiness activities with program gate requirements, including material flow, packaging, and supply-chain readiness.
Prepare and publish launch performance reports for up to three months after start of production to communicate launch status, risks, and corrective actions.
Consolidate and maintain plant launch dashboards and reporting systems that provide visibility into program readiness, risk mitigation, and launch progress.
Drive accountability across cross-functional teams to complete launch deliverables on time and meet program timing commitments.
Support continuous improvement of launch processes, tools, and best practices to improve future program execution performance.

YOUR KEY ATTRIBUTES
