Executive Operations Manager
About the job
- Three to ten years of experience related to the primary responsibilities.
- Experience with the Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS2), Windows 10, and Microsoft Office.
- A Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science degree is desired; five or more years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree.
- Secret security clearance.
- Manage the HQ STARCOM Enterprise Task Management System (ETMS2) and organizational workflow emails.
- Complete all required ETMS2 computer-based training to check the system daily for applicable taskers.
- Coordinate required responses from appropriate STARCOM functions and personnel and submit formal responses in ETMS2 by the deadline.
- Create ETMS2 taskers within three business days of requests from STARCOM HQ-level leadership (04-GO/Civilian Equivalents) and track them to completion.
- Complete ETMS2 computer-based training.
