Requirements
  • 1–3 years in business development, sales development, or lead generation (SaaS, HR tech, or B2B software a plus)
  • Strong English communication skills (written & verbal); additional languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Arabic) are a big plus
  • Confident speaking with senior stakeholders — HRDs, CPOs, CEOs
  • Metrics-driven and comfortable being accountable for meetings, pipeline creation, and conversion quality
  • Entrepreneurial mindset: resourceful, proactive, and comfortable in a startup environment where you help shape the process
Responsibilities
  • Identify, research, and prospect HR Directors, People & Culture leaders, Employer Brand specialists, and C-level executives in target companies (200–2000+ employees)
  • Run outbound campaigns (LinkedIn, Apollo, email, events) while also managing and qualifying inbound leads
  • Book and coordinate discovery calls, often joining early-stage conversations alongside the CEO
  • Collaborate closely with marketing on messaging, campaigns, and nurturing sequences
  • Track all activities in HubSpot CRM, ensuring accurate reporting on meetings, opportunities, and pipeline value
  • Continuously test new outreach angles (e.g., employee engagement ROI, gamification, recognition culture) and share insights with the leadership team
  • Support partnerships and ecosystem development when relevant (HR consultants, platforms, events)
