Responsibilities
  • Investigate and root cause sales opportunities
  • Oversee the Sales & Service team to execute an exceptional guest experience
  • Build the client relationship daily with customers
  • Ensure effective sales floor coverage
  • Represent the business in meetings and on conference calls
  • Review, monitor, and manage the budget and other business data
  • Ensure the team exudes Alo's mission and Guiding Principles
  • Lead a team through accountability and continuous coaching
  • Establish internal & external pipeline through succession planning
  • Oversee the execution of certain deliverables on the Alo Sales and Service Model
  • Collaborate and implement General/Store Manager’s vision
  • Demonstrate an ability to navigate the organization with a balance of business need and brand culture
