Required Skills
  • 7-12 years experience in creative and/or social and/or content strategy
  • At least 2 years of managerial experience
  • Experience working with creators
  • Strong background in either art direction, copywriting, or creative strategy
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Located in the NYC area and able to commute to the office three times a week
  • Assist with and develop process improvements for employee growth, development, and hiring
  • Collaborate with the Head of Creative Strategy on team goal setting, tracking, and delivery
  • Manage bandwidth, allocate projects, and prioritize resources for the Creative Strategy team
  • Act as a people manager for more junior team members
  • Ideate on insight-driven influencer campaign ideas for clients
  • Lead the creation of Tiger Team and War Room proposals
  • Design keynote slides for proposals and proactive decks
  • Create social media mocks, including editing images and copywriting, for proposals and proactive decks
  • Craft creative briefs for influencers, including sourcing music and designing mood boards
  • Give influencers feedback on their creative concepts to up-level their creative executions
  • Act as a thought leader when speaking about social media and influencer creative trends internally and within the industry
