Requirements
  • A high school diploma or GED is required.
  • Two years of related experience are required.
  • Excellent typing and accuracy skills are required.
  • The ability to operate a fax, copier, scanner, desktop computer, laptop computer, personal digital assistant, and telephone is required.
  • Proficiency with personal computers is required.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Windows and the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, is required.
Responsibilities
  • Put together and maintain different types of spreadsheets.
  • Handle the team’s timesheet processes.
  • Put together budgets and complete forms related to the budgets.
  • Handle reimbursement and purchasing processes.
  • Handle relevant calendars and scheduling.
  • Generate relevant reports.
  • Perform other related duties.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with Workday is highly desirable.
  • A bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
