The agreement covers full-rate production of the Joint Cyber Hunt Kit (JCHK), a standardised, rapidly deployable defensive cyber platform for Joint Cyber Protection Teams. The JCHK provides mobile security operations centre functionality, enabling teams to detect, analyse, and counter advanced cyber threats on US and allied networks. It replaces fragmented military service-specific kits with a unified solution that enhances interoperability and mission readiness. SealingTech, founded in 2012, specialises in high-performance edge hardware and deployable technologies. The company serves as the sole prime contractor for the JCHK programme, leveraging its expertise in portable edge compute and cyber fly-away kit technologies.
Parsons Corporation has secured several major contracts, including a $350 million Seabed to Space ISR contract with Naval Information Warfare Center Pacific and a position on the $981 million NITE-STAR space test and training contract with the US Space Force. The company also won new aviation and defence contracts. The awards expand Parsons' capabilities across space, cyber, electromagnetic warfare, and critical infrastructure. Anduril is unhappy that it did not land spots in both portions of a $1.5 billion Homeland Security Department contract for counter-unmanned aircraft systems. The company won a position as one of the comprehensive service providers in track two, but did not receive an award in track one for hardware/software and ancillary services. Anduril is challenging DHS' evaluation of its proposal and argues that it should have received awards for both tracks of the five-year C-UAS vehicle, awarded earlier this month. Track one winners are BAE Systems, CACI International, Dedreone Defense, D-Fend Solutions, EMS Defense Technologies, Fortem Technologies and Leidos. Anduril's competitors in track two are Astrion, BAE, Booz Allen Hamilton, General Dynamics IT, Leidos and Parsons Corp. DHS received 57 offers for track one and 47 for track two. Bidders could pursue both tracks if they wanted to. Anduril filed its protest on Aug. 12. A Government Accountability Office decision is due by Nov. 20.
