Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in integration and/or software development roles, with a strong focus on accounting systems integrations.
  • Proven experience in a client-facing role within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Expertise in integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, XML, JSON, SQL, etc.
  • Experience with IPaaS platforms like Workato, Dell Boomi, or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting systems and ERP integrations.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and related integration strategies.
  • Ability to understand and communicate technical details effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Leadership skills, with the ability to drive projects and manage multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the configuration of integrations between our SaaS platform and clients' accounting systems.
  • Ensure seamless integration of systems by managing setup, testing, and troubleshooting processes.
  • Provide expert-level assistance to clients, focusing on resolving accounting-related integration issues.
  • Proactively identify areas for improvement and optimization in existing integrations.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients' integration-related inquiries, especially those focused on accounting workflows.
  • Work with clients to understand their business needs and how the SaaS platform can integrate effectively with their accounting systems.
  • Provide guidance and training to clients on integration features and functionalities.
  • Manage customer escalations regarding integrations, ensuring timely resolution and communication with all stakeholders.
  • Analyze client feedback and identify potential enhancements to existing integrations.
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to propose technical solutions for integration enhancements.
  • Work closely with product managers to prioritize integration enhancements and ensure they are added to the product roadmap.
  • Act as a liaison between the client, implementation team, and engineering teams to ensure smooth integration deployment.
  • Document processes, configurations, and enhancement suggestions for future reference.
  • Provide internal enablement and training related to integrations to ensure that team members are well-versed in the integration processes and tools.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and ensure project success.
