Requirements
  • Knowledge and understanding of healthcare economics and business.

  • Ability to meet assigned sales targets, identify growth opportunities in current accounts, and collaborate with the Business Development team to identify referrals and leverage relationships to gain new logos.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management solutions, specifically Salesforce.
  • High-level proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently from a home-based or remote office.
  • At least 3 years of experience working as an account manager in the language access or a related industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare, technology, or language access related field, or at least 5 years of equivalent competency-based experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to perform picking, pinching, typing, or similar finger-based tasks continuously.
  • Ability to communicate detailed or important spoken instructions accurately, loudly, or quickly.
  • Ability to lift objects weighing more than 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to travel domestically overnight up to 50% of the time.
Responsibilities
  • Contribute to a customer-centric culture within the Client Success Team.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the company’s products to educate and assist clients.
  • Build and maintain client relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Act as a trusted and consultative advisor to clients.
  • Manage client accounts to ensure clients receive maximum value from the company’s products and services.
  • Analyze client data and usage patterns to identify trends, improvement opportunities, and potential growth areas.
  • Facilitate smooth and successful onboarding processes.
  • Educate clients through ongoing product and industry-related compliance discussions.
  • Assess customer health scores and satisfaction, and proactively address issues or concerns.
  • Resolve customer issues and advocate internally for client concerns.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams to support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to prepare reports and conduct quarterly business reviews with clients.
  • Meet key performance indicators and metrics specific to the role.
  • Collaborate across internal departments to execute client strategies and goals.
  • Assist in planning and organizing sales meetings.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Crisis management expertise for handling client service crises and difficult situations with empathy and resolution-focused approaches.
  • Industry-specific knowledge of trends and nuances within the language access industry.
  • Awareness of emerging technologies such as artificial intelligence, chatbots, and customer relationship management software, with the ability to implement innovative solutions to enhance client experience and sales processes.
