Requirements

At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in a manufacturing environment, specifically semiconductor production.
A diploma in Electronics and Software Engineering is required.
Able to work as part of a team and maintain a healthy working environment.
Possess good communication skills and communicate across functions.
Knowledge of BPS tools and Poka-Yoke is an added advantage.
Able to perform technical analysis and possess relevant mechanical, electrical, and problem-solving skills.
Able to conduct technical discussions and report technical issues systematically.
Able to instruct operators and coordinate with suppliers.
Able to understand the correlations between quality, cost, and delivery, and be ready to reduce CO2 according to company targets.
Able to bring suggestions for improvement in the assigned area.

Responsibilities

Support setup and release activities for tester systems used in final testing.
Reduce tester downtime and the frequency of tester downtime.
Support the product engineer with testing data analysis, evaluation, and lot release.
Support tester-related and product-related improvement projects.
Set up, release, maintain, and troubleshoot testers.
Serve as the production first contact for tester hardware issues.
Perform MSA operations and generate reports, releasing testers on time.
Support engineering activities, run DOE, and verify test programs.
Lead continuous improvement projects related to testers.
Handle, store, and release blocked parts in the production line.
Support failure analysis activities according to OCAP or as directed by the supervisor.
Troubleshoot at PCB level, including use of an oscilloscope and soldering.
Execute other related duties assigned by the immediate supervisor.

Desired Qualifications

Knowledge of BPS tools and Poka-Yoke is an added advantage.

Engineering activities support, DOE running, test program verification.
Support Product engineer for testing data analysis, evaluation, and lot release.
Actively leading CIP projects for tester related.
Blocked parts handling, storing and release in production line.
Support failure analysis activities as per OCAP or as directed by supervisor.
Trouble shooting on PCB level, including Oscilloscope and soldering
Execute any other related duties assigned by immediate supervisor from time to time

Qualifications

At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in the manufacturing environment in semiconductor production environment
Diploma qualification is a must in the Electronics and Software Engineering
Able to work as a team with good teamwork and maintain a healthy working environment
Possess a good communication skills & able to communicate in cross functional way
Knowledge in BPS tools, Poka-Yoke & accurate working is an added advantage
Able to perform technical analysis and possess the relevant mechanical, electrical and problem solving skills
Able to perform technical discussion and report technical issues in systematic manner
