Leapsome HR platform unveils industry first: AI that raises talent density, Built on the deepest people data foundation in HR.

Leapsome HR platform unveils industry first: AI that raises talent density, Built on the deepest people data foundation in HR. Leapsome launches new ATS, AI-generated workflows, and MCP connectivity, completing the only connected people data foundation in HR. Leapsome, the HR platform for high-performing teams, unveils an industry first: AI that raises your talent density, built on the deepest people data foundation in HR. With the launch of its new ATS, Leapsome is the only HR platform that brings every employee's journey into one deep, connected people data foundation: HRIS, recruiting, onboarding, performance, engagement, learning, and compensation. On it, the AI does the work that scattered tools never could: it raises the impact of every employee, shows you how to hire and develop more top performers, and gives HR leaders the ability to run the people operations of a company twice its size. With the launch of its new ATS, Leapsome is the only HR platform that brings every employee's journey into one deep, connected people data foundation. People are every company's biggest cost and biggest lever, yet most run talent decisions on their worst data, fragmented across systems that don't talk to each other. Traditional HR platforms stay admin-first, standalone ATS tools forget the candidate the day they join, and bolt-on AI has too little context to be useful. Leapsome is the only HR platform that connects the full stack, from HRIS to talent, on one foundation, and for leadership, that consolidation pays twice: fewer tools to fund, and data deep enough to make AI a genuine investment. Now leadership can make talent decisions with the same rigor as financial ones, with board-ready people reporting built from a prompt in seconds. For CEOs building AI-native organizations, this makes HR the most important partner in the room by showing the path to increasing employee value, with the data to prove it. Available today in the Leapsome HR platform: * The deepest people data foundation in HR: every employee's full journey, from recruiting through compensation, in one comprehensive data set, instead of scattered systems. * AI-generated workflows: build talent automations across the entire employee lifecycle with a prompt, from onboarding programs to learning paths built from your own documents. Programs that used to need a specialist team now run themselves. * AI-generated competency frameworks: built from the data of your top performers, so the bar for every role reflects what actually drives impact at your company. * AI-powered learning: AI-generated learning paths, personalized learning for every employee, and paths that trigger automatically at moments like review completion. * MCP connectivity: bring external data into Leapsome, or push Leapsome data out, without losing depth. * Leapsome AI Agents: Development Coach, Culture Advisor, Data Analyst, PeopleOps Partner, and HR Helpdesk extend a lean HR team. EU-hosted, explainable, with human oversight by default. Now in early access: * Leapsome Recruiting, a new ATS that makes hiring the start of the people data foundation instead of a system that forgets the candidate at the offer. Join the waitlist today. Coming end of Q3: * AI-powered dashboards built using plain language: describe what you want to understand, and Leapsome builds board-ready people dashboards in seconds, drawing on the full picture from recruiting to compensation. "We're taking a bolder view of what AI makes possible in HR. Every HR platform on the market can bolt AI onto what they already have. We reimagine how HR can drive business and people success, and that's what makes the AI worth having, helping you build the team you urgently need to win," said Jenny Podewils, co-founder and co-CEO of Leapsome. "Most AI in HR is answering questions with half the picture. Leapsome is powering the most impact-centric AI today, with Leapsome AI agents and vibe-coded workflows that put core HR and talent programs on autopilot, and MCP connectivity that makes a company's most valuable asset, its people data, deliver even more. Built on top of the deepest people data foundation in HR, Leapsome can propel your business and people forward." "HR teams have been told to be more data-driven with less data than any other function in the business. That changes when recruiting, performance, and development finally sit in one place instead of three systems that don't talk to each other," said Jessica Zwaan, VP People Strategy and Operations and author of Built for People. "The best people teams run like product teams: evidence-based, iterative, and accountable to metrics that matter. Using Leapsome's AI toolset on our deep data foundation gives me insights and capabilities far beyond what other HR tools have traditionally been capable of: an HR tech stack that feels comparable to those commercial teams work with. This is the kind of visibility other functions have had for years, and HR is finally getting it." Strong compliance and data governance are prerequisites for secure, valuable AI, especially when it runs on a company's most sensitive data. The platform is EU AI Act compliant, ISO 27001 certified, GDPR compliant, and EU-hosted. More than 2,000 organizations run their talent strategy on Leapsome, from lean SMB teams to AI-first companies like Notion. [To share your insights with us, please write to [email protected]]

Leapsome Launches Free Meetings Module To Help Managers Drive Alignment And Productivity

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Leapsome, the intelligent people platform for employee and manager enablement, is doubling down on its commitment to helping companies drive business success and make work fulfilling. Starting today, Leapsome’s high-impact Meetings module will be free for all users, giving managers the tools to effectively align, engage, and develop their teams in a resource-constrained economy. In Leapsome’s Workforce Trends Report - which surveyed 2,500 global professionals - employees revealed that half of their meetings are a waste of time, and one-third have no agenda. This is an alarming finding, considering other studies have shown that people spend more time in meetings today than in years past. Ensuring this time is spent productively is critical for individual, team, and business success. Unproductive meeting culture has led some organizations to eliminate meetings altogether or set strict guardrails around when and how they occur.Meeting efficiency is key to driving alignment and productivity in a challenging macroeconomic environment where managers are asked to do more with less. The ability to run effective meetings is core to manager effectiveness in times of change
