- Independently licensed therapist in Oregon with a full and unrestricted license in good standing, specifically as a Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, or Licensed Clinical Social Worker.
- A master's degree is required.
- At least 6 months of relevant experience with evidence-based therapies such as Exposure and Response Prevention, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, or Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
- Practical experience independently diagnosing is required; this experience may have been obtained during pre-licensed practice.
- Ability to complete the cross-license application process during onboarding.
- Willingness to treat children and adolescents after completing NOCD Child and Adolescent training.
- Availability for a 40-hour work week, including 15–25 hours of direct clinical work during evening and/or weekend hours and 2 hours of weekly group clinical consultation.
- A confidential, private remote workspace with reliable internet access.
- Comfort and efficiency using technology to communicate.
- Provide diagnoses, assessments, and evidence-based psychotherapy through the NOCD video platform to help people with obsessive-compulsive disorder improve and maintain their wellbeing.
- Manage a caseload and schedule.
- Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation using the NOCD electronic health record system.
- Participate in clinical consultation and training, and advance knowledge and practice of evidence-supported OCD treatments.
- Collaborate with the provider network to develop and reinforce treatment decisions.
- Refer members to external resources when indicated using clinical judgment and NOCD clinical guidelines.
- Knowledge and experience treating obsessive-compulsive disorder with Exposure and Response Prevention.
- Completion of the Tolin & Diamond Training Video may substitute for the required practical experience independently diagnosing, although completion does not guarantee hire.

The programme allows members to receive three hours of structured treatment per day, four days per week, combining group and individual exposure and response prevention therapy from home. The company named a leadership team to scale the programme nationally.
