  • Maintain an upbeat attitude and use creativity in customer interactions.
Responsibilities
  • Greet customers, including prospective residents, residents, and vendors, when they enter the office.
  • Respond courteously and promptly to resident and prospect inquiries by phone, email, and text.
  • Answer property phone calls and take detailed notes and information.
  • Ensure apartments are ready for daily showings and upcoming move-ins.
  • Walk buildings, amenities, and vacant apartments to ensure they meet Cottonwood Standards, including the prospect tour path and residents’ welcome-home experience.
  • Understand pricing and information about available apartments and answer prospective renters’ questions.
  • Assist with planning community events and social media marketing.
  • Organize the package room daily as packages are delivered.
  • Maintain community-related communications and vendor relationships.
