  • Bachelor's degree in a design-related discipline or a combination of relevant education, experience and training
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in a design-related role, including 2 years' in a management/leadership role preferred
  • Footwear design experience preferred
  • Passion for the fashion industry, the aesthetic and understanding of the landscape
  • 5 years' as a senior or lead designer in a corporate setting or design firm preferred
  • Experience in international markets preferred
  • Drawing, sketching 2D and 3D capability or ability to learn
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Email and Outlook
  • Ability to travel both domestically and internationally
