Requirements
  • At least 8+ years of experience in enterprise campaign marketing, with strong knowledge of selling into benefits
  • ABM or Field Marketing Experience: Track-record of building best-in-class persuasive and memorable sales enablement tools and campaigns for employers, health plans, and consultants
  • Uncovers Customer Insights: Understands psychology, pain points & value prop for each persona and then creates memorable messaging that use specific words and imagery to influence behavior and differentiate Hinge Health
  • Analytics and reporting: Experience building and analyzing Salesforce reports to influence campaigns, budget, and resource allocation
  • Technology: Savvy user of multiple tech platforms and tools to get the job done (e.g. GoogleDocs, Asana, Salesforce)
  • Collaborative: High emotional intelligence and ability to both deliver and manage expectations of cross-functional partners and the Marketing and Communications team
  • Make results happen: Strong bias towards action and innate sense of urgency, without fear of having to pivot when necessary. Knows how to reprioritize to maximize business impact
  • Learn-it-all: Continues to be curious and keeps up to date on new developments in the industry and marketing discipline. Thrives in a culture of experimentation and repetitive excellence
  • Create trust: Leads with honesty & transparency, and honors commitments to become the go-to partner with sales leaders and other cross-functional collaborators
  • Communicate effectively: Strong written & verbal communication that is well-structured and persuasive
Responsibilities
  • Create an employer marketing strategy to increase opportunity creation and accelerate deals to close
  • Increase target account penetration and conversion with creative, cross-functional execution of ABM marketing campaigns
  • Develop and refine high-impact, highly used sales enablement toolkits based on customer insights, analytics, sales team feedback, and the buyer's journey
  • Develop competitive messaging and toolkits to increase head to head win rates
