- At least one year of prior apartment maintenance experience.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Perform necessary repairs and preventive maintenance to preserve buildings, equipment, and the property site at a high operating and appearance standard.
- Perform direct repairs and replacements of mechanical and structural systems within the property.
- Assist with maintaining the community and completing make-ready apartments, exterior maintenance, and common-area maintenance.
- Perform painting, carpet cleaning, general repairs, drywall repairs, and vinyl and ceramic tile replacement.
- Assist with maintaining the cleanliness of the grounds.
- Replace exterior light bulbs and maintain and repair grounds equipment.
- Install and remove external signage and decorations.
- Maintain grounds, pools and hot tubs, common areas, and dog park amenities so they remain clean, operational, and safe.
- Bilingual ability.
- HVAC, pool, and electrical certifications.
