- Ability to work indoors and outdoors in a lodge or hotel environment, including standing for up to 8 hours per day, bending, pushing, pulling, talking, and using manual dexterity and eye-hand coordination.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
- Maintain, clean, and strip rooms and organize guest rooms while providing friendly, personal, and positive service to all guests.
- Inspect and maintain the individual housekeeping cart with cleaning supplies, guest room supplies, amenities, and linens for cleaning assigned guest rooms.
- Communicate effectively with the Manager on Duty and fellow housemen to ensure all tasks are completed effectively.
