- Work with and manage Senior Controls Technicians, ensuring they are trained and scheduled properly.
- Work with other Engineering Groups to execute RFE Mechanical, Electrical, and Design Engineering needs.
- Schedule work as needed to ensure successful completion of RFEs and Retrofits.
- Schedule work as needed to ensure successful completion of ISTs and ADC Databases.
- Ensure the group is trained in all areas of Munters Data Center Equipment and continually coordinate the latest practices with Production and R&D Engineering.
- Work on new DCSI projects as assigned.

- Improve data center service capability for ALC controls and control strategies for data center products.
- Generate a standard computer software list for data center products.
- Train Service Technicians and Trainers to understand program logic for basic troubleshooting and tuning.

- Visit jobsites with service technicians at problem sites or for new designs.
- Obtain feedback from Service, Sales, and customers on how to improve data center controls.
- Document, update, and maintain standards established by the Service Engineering Director.
- Participate in product development for MVM, Sycool, and controls upgrades.
- Conduct customer visits with Sales, Service Sales, or independently to identify opportunities for value-added features.
- Assess feasibility, risk, and resource requirements.
- Write proposals and project plans.
- Consult for Sales, Service Sales, and customers on best practices for AHU/BAS networking, building control strategies, and AHU control capabilities.
- Visit jobsites to help with unusual controls problems, new product start-ups, and major control configuration changes.
- Help develop the electrical engineering group and technical support group to support controls and troubleshooting.
- Help manage key suppliers, develop specifications, and test new products as needed.

- Visit customer sites to help identify opportunities for controls extensions and upgrades.

The Swedish climate solutions company cited delays in component deliveries and tariff headwinds as temporary challenges. DCT's expanded Virginia facility is now operational, though production volumes remain initially low during the ramp-up phase. The adjusted EBITA margin contracted primarily from the planned US chiller production expansion and unfavourable product mix changes. AirTech margins improved on higher volumes and cost-saving measures. Munters announced plans to potentially divest its FoodTech division to sharpen strategic focus on DCT and AirTech. The company maintained its 2026 outlook, expecting improved profitability over the coming six months.
Svenska Spel hires Katarina Borstedt to refresh corporate values. 8th July 2026 Svenska Spel has continued the reshaping of its senior leadership team by appointing Katarina Borstedt as its new Chief People and Culture Officer. Borstedt will join the Swedish gambling group in September 2026, becoming a member of the executive management team and reporting directly to President and CEO Anna Johnson. The appointment comes during a period of wider management transition at Svenska Spel. The operator is continuing its search for a new General Manager of its TUR retail division following the departure of Anna Romboli to AB Trav och Galopp (ATG), where she has taken up a senior leadership role. Borstedt joins from Munters FoodTech, where she served as Vice President of People & Culture. Her career has included senior HR and organisational development roles at Proxify, Northvolt, Ahlstrom-Munksjö and Munksjö, alongside consulting positions with PwC and Deloitte. Svenska Spel continues to bolster leadership team. Her appointment reflects Svenska Spel's focus on strengthening organisational capability as the state-backed operator continues to adapt its business and leadership structure. The deal strengthens the operational intelligence offerings of Speria, Munters' FoodTech business brand. Optifarm's technology analyses real-time animal behaviour and environmental signals, such as water consumption patterns, to detect early health deviations. These insights integrate into Speria's connected solutions of hardware, software and expert services. Founded in 2014 and based in Chesterfield, Optifarm employs 14 people and serves customers across 18 countries in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. The company has transitioned from broiler farming services to AI-driven farm insights and currently operates in an early growth phase. Financial terms were not disclosed.
