An active New York State Licensed Practical Nurse license is required.
CPR certification is required.
An Infection Control Certificate is required.

Strong communication skills in English are required.

Document the patient's condition and care provided.
Follow patient care plans.
Communicate with the clinical team.
Desired Qualifications
Home care or private duty nursing experience is preferred.
Bilingual ability in Spanish or Russian is a plus.

We are currently seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-to-one private duty nursing care in patients’ homes. This is an excellent opportunity for an LPN who values flexibility, professional growth, and making a meaningful difference in patients’ lives. We offer stable, consistent case assignments, and per diem positions are also available.
Compensation:
$37–45 per hour, depending on experience and case
Differentials available for high-acuity cases
