- Strong mechanical or electro-mechanical aptitude and proficiency using hand and power tools.
- Experience in commercial fitness equipment or similar field service roles is preferred.
- A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.

- Comfort with local travel and occasional overnight stays is required.

- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and basic software issues on commercial fitness equipment.
- Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and accurately document work performed, parts used, and warranty status.
- Maintain service vehicle inventory and adhere to safety and housekeeping standards.
- Provide repair estimates and coordinate with dispatch or inside sales for parts and quotations.
- Communicate issues, timelines, and next steps clearly and professionally.
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to improve equipment uptime and meet service-level agreements.
