Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree (related field is preferred, such as construction management or project management)
  • at least 4+ years of work experience in construction management
Responsibilities
  • Oversee external development of Zeta’s new facilities to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to Zeta’s specified excellence and safety standards
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of building renovations and major facility projects from start to finish
  • Negotiate and manage master service agreements with construction and maintenance vendors to support our annual repair and maintenance cycle
  • Manage internal stakeholders, external vendors, and construction personnel, ensuring they work efficiently, effectively, and with accountability
  • Maintain effective and efficient records of construction project progress by leveraging spreadsheets and project management software, and provide timely and regular updates to internal Zeta teammates
  • Monitor and track all items to completion by developing scalable systems for tracking project issues and progress, proactively flagging and resolving issues
  • Wear multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed
