A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent is required.
At least 7 years of experience in AEC marketing is required.
Previous experience managing a marketing team is required.
Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills are required.
Proficiency in writing, editing, graphic design, and photography is required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is required.
Demonstrated ability to manage workflow and lead a marketing team is required.

Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day function, workload, and staffing of the Marketing Department.
Coordinate daily scheduling, assignments, deadlines, and workload across the department.
Work with the Director of Marketing to implement departmental goals and priorities.
Oversee and actively participate in creating Marketing collateral, including presentations, resumes, brochures, and branding materials.
Streamline proposal processes and execute high-quality proposals.
Implement and maintain project databases and reference materials for each studio's marketing collateral.
Oversee website maintenance and development.
Manage, mentor, and support the Marketing team, including performance management and professional development.
Play a key role in LGA's growth strategy.
Support the Business Development team as needed.
Identify opportunities and implement changes to improve departmental processes and efficiencies.
Improve the quality of proposals, interviews, and marketing collateral.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Marketing Manager LGA Partners, a leading architecture and design firm headquartered in Pittsburgh, is currently seeking a Marketing Manager. As the Marketing Manager, you will manage and oversee the day-to-day Marketing efforts for the Firm, including departmental operations, staff management, scheduling, and collateral creation.
What You Will Do:

Your Experience:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or equivalent
7+ years’ experience in AEC marketing
Previous experience managing a marketing team

Proficient in writing, editing, graphic design, and photography
Proficient in basic enterprise software (Microsoft Office Suite)
Outstanding in creative software (Adobe Creative Suite)
