Requirements
  • 15+ years of experience in recruiting, with at least 5 years in a leadership role focused on go-to-market recruiting. Experience in technology or high-growth environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market recruiting strategy that aligns with Stripe’s ambitious business goals, delivering a strong pipeline of high-quality candidates across all GTM functions.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing recruiting team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive culture that emphasizes innovation, engagement, and accountability.
  • Oversee the sourcing, recruitment, and selection processes. Utilize data-driven approaches to identify and attract top talent, ensuring diverse candidate slates and interviews for all positions.
  • Collaborate closely with the executive team and business leaders to understand hiring needs, define success profiles, and create tailored recruitment plans. Provide strategic guidance and insights to enhance the effectiveness of the hiring process.
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the effectiveness of recruiting strategies and make data-informed decisions. Prepare regular reports for leadership on recruitment metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as a strategic talent advisor across Stripe and have an anticipatory lens for upcoming initiatives that match the ambition of an expanding organization.
  • Build and drive cross-functional partnerships with Compensation, HR, Finance, Strategy and Operations and others.
  • Partner with other recruiting leaders across Stripe and be deeply engaged as a member of the Global Recruiting Leadership team.
