Requirements
  • 2+ years’ experience in an administrative and management capacity, program coordination, or community engagement.
  • Experience working with students (K-12 and beyond) and adults from various backgrounds.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative functions for education and training programs, including communication with trainers, ordering materials, and coordinating the department calendar.
  • Manage the facilitation of education and training programs, assist with class attendance requirements, prepare classrooms, and track participants through program cycles.
  • Engage with youth through K-12 construction career programming and adults seeking to upskill or start a career in construction.
  • Communicate program opportunities with school administrators, member companies, and training partners.
  • Administer and proctor exams/certifications (e.g., NCCER).
  • Assist businesses in creating solutions to solve their workforce challenges.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in learning & development/training program management.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems/software.
  • Experience in educational institutions or companies within the built environment.
  • Knowledge of the construction industry is great, but not mandatory.
