The Reporting Analyst designs, builds, and generates reports. May directly partner with one or multiple business units to provide specialized consulting and analytical support. Applies critical thinking to rationalize and explain analysis.

Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for business analytics, data mining, report design, report development, and data visualizations using Power BI.
• Ensure all reporting and analysis is carried out in an effective, timely and accurate manner.
• Synthesize data from multiple sources and develop assumptions where needed to drive business insights.
• Structure complex ambiguous business questions and utilize analytical skills to derive actionable insights.
• Identify key emerging trends, measurement of key performance metrics, cost analysis and customized reporting.
• Identify process improvement opportunities.
• Support strategic business decision-making through reporting and analysis.
• Build strong working relationships with stakeholders and team members.
• Perform complex and varied analyses to enable sound decision-making around near-term and long-term business goals and objectives.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2+ years of reporting experience is preferred.
• Power BI skills preferred.
• Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Advanced (expert level) skills in MS Excel (including Macros, VBA, and complex formulas).
• Excellent verbal and written communication, listening and organizational skills.
• Effective time management skills including the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to manage communication with multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to research issues and identify solutions to complex problems.

Compensation: Aya reasonably anticipates the pay scale for this position to be $31.25 - $36.06 hourly, which equate to $65,000 - $75,000 annually. 

The pay scale for this position may vary if applicant possesses experience outside of what Aya reasonably anticipates for this position. Bonuses are subject to the role and your manager’s discretion.
