  • A proven track record building, rebuilding, or scaling Revenue Operations capabilities, with strong knowledge of best-in-class sales processes, tools, and operating practices.
  • Deep practical experience with customer relationship management design and optimization, ideally including D365, Salesforce, or comparable platforms, as well as data quality, account hierarchy, reporting, workflow design, governance, automation, adoption, and practical application of artificial intelligence to commercial work.
  • Strong modeling, scenario analysis, capacity planning, target setting, funnel analytics, and commercial judgment, with the ability to turn imperfect data into clear priorities, decisions, and actions.
  • Experience in a scaled, matrixed, multi-service or multi-product business-to-business environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence senior executives, business-unit leaders, highly independent partners, Finance, IT, Marketing, and front-line commercial teams, and build alignment and accountability without relying on formal authority.
  • A track record of hiring, developing, prioritizing, and retaining strong operators and analysts while remaining close enough to the details to coach quality and ensure accuracy.
  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • A hands-on, action-oriented approach, including willingness to work directly in the customer relationship management system, models, partner target build, workflows, and data definitions.
  • Strong attention to detail, data quality, and measurement, while remaining pragmatic about what is required to move the business forward.
  • Commercial intuition and strong understanding of how partners and client teams in professional services work day-to-day.
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, stay current on leading sales practices and tools, and avoid overwhelming the organization with too many changes at once.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with senior executives and partners and create alignment without formal authority.
  • Ability to translate complex analysis into clear recommendations for executive and operator audiences.
  • High emotional intelligence and experience driving change and building systems that shape behaviors, while anticipating resistance.
  • A low-ego, high-energy, accountable player-coach approach, able to move quickly from analysis to action in a value-creation environment.
  • Curiosity and hands-on familiarity with artificial intelligence, including understanding the realistic capabilities of agentic tools and working with IT to turn seller pain points into secure, practical solutions.
  • Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and complete the required employment eligibility verification form upon hire.
Responsibilities
  • Build and scale the Revenue Operations function by defining its mandate, operating model, team structure, priorities, cadence, and ways of working, and hiring and developing a high-performing team while staying close to the work.
  • Translate the growth strategy into practical plans and accountability across new-logo sales, upsell, cross-sell, client retention, and management-designated growth offerings, partnering with the Chief Revenue and Transformation Officer, partners, business-unit and service-line leaders, market leaders, Finance, Marketing, and IT.
  • Establish pipeline management, forecasting, deal governance, operating reviews, and executive reporting, with a meeting cadence that tracks sales activity and results, identifies gaps, assigns actions, removes barriers, and improves revenue predictability.
  • Partner with IT to improve D365, data architecture, workflows, reporting, automation, and artificial-intelligence-enabled tools, identifying funnel-stage friction so leaders can trust the numbers and sellers can work faster and spend more time with clients.
  • Lead the analytical backbone for annual planning, including differentiated sales and delivery targets by partner persona, tenure, role, business-unit or delivery-unit responsibilities, account portfolio, delivery commitments, and selling capacity; incorporate client whitespace, cross-sell opportunity, market potential, emerging offerings, and staffing implications.
  • Build and continuously refresh account whitespace analysis, cross-business-unit and cross-delivery-unit opportunity tracking, multi-subject-matter-expert pursuits, new-logo targeting, upsell, retention risk, pipeline velocity, win rate, conversion, and growth reporting.
  • Define practical best practices across the sales funnel and partner with Marketing, Knowledge Management, IT, and business leaders to provide sellers with tools, content, training, case studies, client testimonials, request-for-proposal support, and artificial-intelligence-enabled assistance; develop senior managers and earlier-tenure professionals into effective sellers.
  • Partner with the Head of Pricing, Finance, and service-line leaders on renewal and new-work pricing, discounting, deal-level concessions, price realization, retention trade-offs, and pricing-related seller behaviors.
  • Build trust with senior executives and independent partners, work through disagreement, and create sustained behavior change while balancing required standards with useful processes, insights, and tools.
  • Define success measures, track performance against agreed targets, and provide concise leadership updates on new-logo sales, upsell, cross-sell, retention, sales versus delivery revenue, and actions needed to improve performance.
  • Uphold Crowe’s values of Care, Trust, Courage, and Stewardship, and act ethically and with integrity.

Ansons Law brings in Crowe's longest-serving partner to advise on growth.

Ansons Law brings in Crowe's longest-serving partner to advise on growth. 19 Oct 2026, 09:52 Midlands law firm Ansons Law has appointed Crowe's longest-serving partner as a strategic consultant to advise on its growth plans. Johnathan Dudley has joined Ansons having recently left the audit, tax and consultancy firm Crowe LLP after 38 years. "I wasn't ready to hang up my boots completely but I didn't want to be a public accountant anymore," said Dudley. "I was looking for the chance to help businesses grow at a strategic level. "Ansons is a fast-growing firm whose values, culture and ambition I share. If you get the culture right, you can build on it." Ansons, which has offices in Lichfield, Cannock, Sutton Coldfield and Dudley, was a client of Dudley's for many years while he was at Crowe. He has now stepped away from public accountancy practice and advises a small portfolio of growing businesses on strategy and growth. Martin De Ridder, solicitor and managing director of Ansons Law, said: "Johnathan has a proven track record of championing manufacturers, SMEs and family businesses, helping them grow, giving leaders the data and insight to influence the business and political landscape, and strengthening the Midlands region. "He has advised Ansons for a long time and we are delighted to have him on board. Having Johnathan work with the Ansons board brings his experience into the decisions that shape how we grow." Dudley qualified with Walter J. Edwards & Co, a West Midlands accountancy firm, before moving to what is now Crowe UK LLP in 1988, where he became a partner in 1994. He held various leadership positions at Crowe, having been appointed head of the Midlands South West Practice in 2010, serving on the firm's supervisory, strategy and executive boards and teams.

Auditor joins Cumbrian practice Saint & Co from Crowe.

Auditor joins Cumbrian practice Saint & Co from Crowe. An auditor has swapped a global accountancy firm for a new role in Cumbria. David Jackson, who spent much of his 12-year career at Crowe, the ninth-largest accountancy network in the world, has joined Cumbrian practice Saint & Co as audit manager. Based previously at Crowe UK's Cheltenham office in his native Gloucestershire, Mr Jackson relocated to Cumbria with his wife, who is originally from the region. Mr Jackson said: "We always wanted to move to Cumbria. "Saint & Co has a really strong reputation and there's a lot of expertise across the team, and it felt like the right fit. "The company has a feel that it cares for each of its clients and it's a larger business than people might initially realise." He was particularly drawn to the firm's client base. Mr Jackson said: "Their clients include a lot of charities and small and medium-sized companies, and I'm expecting these organisations to form a significant part of my work here, which was the case earlier in my career. "In recent years at Crowe, I'd been dealing with much larger entities. "That's enjoyable in some ways, but it can be quite impersonal at times. "It's nice to get to know the clients properly and to understand what the owners and directors really want from their business, or what the trustees' aims are for a charity." During his time at Crowe, Mr Jackson managed the audit of a business with a £300 million turnover and worked with organisations across sectors including retail, manufacturing, and international non-governmental organisations (INGOs). One of his most memorable assignments involved a UK-based INGO operating in Nepal and India. Mr Jackson said: "I was their audit senior for three years and they were building schools and water sanitation projects. "I went out there to see what they were doing, and that was fascinating. "It's very gratifying to be able to help organisations, which we can do in various ways." His new role at Saint & Co will also involve mentoring apprentices. Stuart Farrer, partner at Saint & Co's Carlisle office, said: "We're absolutely delighted about David's appointment. "It says a lot about our reputation that David has chosen to come here from one of the biggest accountancy firms in the world, and his experience and expertise will be an asset to our clients and our trainees." Saint & Co has offices across Cumbria in Carlisle, Ambleside, Cockermouth, Millom, Penrith, Whitehaven, and Wigton, as well as locations in Dumfries and Annan in Dumfries and Galloway. More Stories

Crowe launches Crowe Materials Accelerator for Sales.

Crowe launches Crowe Materials Accelerator for Sales. New AI-enabled CRM solution helps materials companies streamline customer engagement, quoting, estimating and sales operations. CHICAGO (September 30, 2026) - Crowe Advisory LLC today announced the launch of the Crowe Materials Accelerator for Sales, an AI-powered solution designed to modernize commercial operations for materials companies. Built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales, the solution extends a connected CRM foundation with industry-specific AI-assisted estimating, intelligent quoting, and sales workflows designed for materials companies. For many materials companies, responding to a sales opportunity still requires sellers to navigate disconnected systems, spreadsheets, engineering reviews, CAD analysis, and ERP-driven processes before they can produce an accurate quote. For manufacturers of fabricated parts, generating a quote often requires engineering reviews, manual CAD analysis and spreadsheet-based calculations that slow response times and create operational bottlenecks. Crowe Materials Accelerator for Sales applies AI throughout the quoting process to automate repetitive work, surface actionable insights and help sales teams respond with greater speed and confidence. "Materials companies need technology that understands the complexity of their products and the pace of today's market," said Andrew Callaghan, managing partner of the metals and materials group at Crowe. "Crowe Materials Accelerator for Sales embeds AI into the sales and estimating process, helping teams automate manual tasks, generate more accurate quotes and make better-informed decisions. By combining our industry experience with Microsoft AI technologies, we're helping clients transform quoting from a reactive process into a strategic competitive advantage." Crowe Materials Accelerator for Sales extends Dynamics 365 Sales across the commercial lifecycle - from customer engagement and sales activity tracking, through AI-assisted estimating and quote creation, to integration with Dynamics 365 Finance and Supply Chain Management for quote-to-order and operational handoff. The solution's AI-assisted estimating capabilities simplify fabricated part quoting by analyzing CAD file uploads, automatically cleaning geometry, generating parametric shapes when CAD files are unavailable, optimizing true-shape nesting and calculating material and processing costs. By reducing manual engineering effort and streamlining complex estimating workflows, the solution helps sales teams deliver faster, more accurate quotes while maintaining continuity from initial customer engagement through production and fulfillment. Crowe Materials Accelerator for Sales represents the latest evolution of Crowe's Microsoft-based offerings for the materials industry, connecting customer engagement and sales execution with the operational systems that ultimately determine what can be produced, delivered, and fulfilled. About Crowe Crowe operates in an alternative practice structure and provides professional services through two separate entities: Crowe LLP delivers audit and attest services, and Crowe Advisory LLC provides tax, advisory, consulting, and other nonattest services. The Crowe Global network consists of more than 300 independent accounting and advisory services firms in more than 150 countries around the globe, making it one of the largest accounting networks in the world (as of July 2026). As independent members of Crowe Global, Crowe LLP and Crowe Advisory LLC serve clients worldwide.
