Requirements
  • At least one year of experience providing administrative support in a music, lifestyle, entertainment, or creative industry
  • Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the SVP, Marketing
  • Oversee financial administration duties for Sony Music Nashville artists
  • Consult with marketing team for purchase order process
  • Review budgets for appearances and events
  • Liaise with Finance Department and outside vendors
  • Maintain marketing materials and distribute as needed
  • Oversee contest administration
  • Provide admin support at marketing events and meetings
