Requirements
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Home Health Aide.
  • Valid New York State Home Health Aide Certificate.
  • Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Physical examination completed within the past year.
  • PPD or QuantiFERON test completed within the past year, or a chest X-ray completed within the past five years.
  • MMR immunizations within the past 10 years.
Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care assistance.
  • Provide medication reminders.
  • Perform light housekeeping.
