Requirements
  • 2+ years of yield experience for a programmatic publisher, SSP, or related sell-side company
  • Demonstrable knowledge of yield practices with proven results
  • 2+ years of programmatic and header bidding experience
  • Strong expertise within Google ad products including Google Ad Manager and Google Analytics
  • SQL language experience is a plus
  • Preferably some experience working with Looker or other BI visual reporting tools
  • Ability to work with multiple teams and take ownership of projects from start to finish
  • Capable of reviewing large data sets and making revenue impacting recommendations from it
  • Ability to follow specific processes and workflows, handle multiple projects at one time and adhere to deadlines
Responsibilities
  • Act as a point of escalation for the Customer Success team for all matters related to revenue performance
  • Provide data-driven recommendations to ensure optimal revenue for publishers
  • Make recommendations for individual site/publisher based on trends and unique KPIs
  • Collaborate with teams to inform and improve product offerings
  • Maintain reporting tools and alerts for proactive management of publisher performance
  • Provide support to the Demand team through data analysis
