The crew must comply with Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations and safe work practices.
The crew must demonstrate attention to detail, quality workmanship, effective communication, and organization.
Responsibilities
Install residential roofing systems according to manufacturer specifications and company quality standards.
Maintain compliance with current Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations and jobsite safety practices.
Work with Project Managers to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite.
Communicate with homeowners and the internal team to support a positive customer experience.
Desired Qualifications
At least 3 years of roofing management experience.
At least 4 years of construction experience.
A valid driver's license.
Willingness to travel throughout the service area, up to 90%.

Ability to operate throughout our service territory surrounding Fort Wayne, IN.

Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship
Excellent communication and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of roofing management experience
4+ years of construction experience
