Responsibilities

  • Investigates and resolves employee complaints and grievances, working to find fair and effective solutions
  • Conducts exit interviews and provides actionable feedback to management to improve employee relations
  • Develops and conducts employee relations training programs for managers and employees, enhancing their ability to handle workplace issues effectively
  • Monitors and analyzes employee relations trends to recommend proactive measures
  • Collaborates with HR, legal teams, and business leaders to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Partners with these teams to develop and execute employee engagement and retention initiatives
