Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Drive greeting and assistance efforts for every customer and provide real-time coaching to store team members.
  • Empower the store team to make decisions aligned with brand standards and prioritize an exceptional customer experience.
  • Cultivate in-depth product and promotion knowledge to explain value and build brand loyalty.
  • Assess trends and opportunities within the store and market and implement strategies aligned with brand standards, customer service expectations, and broader business objectives.
  • Oversee merchandising execution, analyze top-selling and slow-selling items, and make store-based merchandising decisions that align with brand standards and drive sales results.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures for inventory control and radio frequency identification when applicable.
  • Enforce company tools, policies, and procedures; provide loss prevention training; and coach the store team to maintain awareness and report concerns.
  • Direct payroll and scheduling strategies in alignment with budgets and oversee store financials, expenses, and inventory.
  • Conduct strategic business analysis and planning and communicate opportunities to senior leadership.
  • Set the staffing strategy, recruit talent, evaluate current talent, and manage succession planning.
  • Motivate and inspire the store team to achieve sales goals and uphold brand standards.
  • Model expectations, recognize outstanding performance, and maintain a focus on team development.
  • Treat customers and the store team professionally, courteously, and respectfully.
  • Build relationships and seek feedback for continuous self-development.
  • Champion innovation and change, drive company initiatives, and foster continuous improvement.

PVH Corp. reaffirms 2026 outlook despite 3% revenue decline to $2.1B in Q2

PVH Corp. reported second quarter 2026 results that met revenue guidance and exceeded profitability expectations. Revenue decreased 3% to $2.097 billion, in line with company guidance. The quarter included a $439 million pre-tax noncash goodwill impairment charge and $107 million in tariff refunds. Non-GAAP earnings per share reached $3.70, surpassing guidance of $3.00 to $3.10. The tariff refunds contributed approximately $1.80 per share. Chief executive Stefan Larsson highlighted momentum in direct-to-consumer channels, with e-commerce growth across both Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger brands. The company welcomed Alexis Rollier as new chief financial officer, previously global CFO and COO at Sephora for over eight years. PVH reaffirmed its full-year outlook, projecting approximately flat revenue and non-GAAP earnings per share between $11.80 and $12.10. The company plans to repurchase at least $300 million of shares in 2026.

PVH Corp., the parent company of Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger, has appointed Alexis Rollier as chief financial officer, effective early September 2026. Rollier joins from Sephora, where he has served as global chief operating officer and global chief financial officer since 2018. During his 14-year tenure at the beauty retailer, part of the LVMH Group, Rollier helped scale the business globally whilst improving profitability. He brings over 30 years of experience across multi-brand and omni-channel retail operations. Rollier will lead PVH's global finance organisation and join the executive leadership team, reporting to chief executive Stefan Larsson. He succeeds Melissa Stone, who served as interim CFO since January 2026 and will continue leading global financial planning and analysis.

Elisheva Hirshman will take over as CLO in September, replacing Mark Fischer who is retiring next year 08 July 2026 Fashion giant PVH has lined up Elisheva Hirshman as its next chief legal officer, succeeding Mark Fischer, who is stepping down later this year ahead of his retirement. Hirshman is currently PVH's deputy general counsel and joined the company's executive leadership team at the start of this year as part of its succession plan. As CLO, she will lead the global legal function and serve as corporate secretary. She will take up her new position on 4 September. New York-based PVH owns designer fashion brands Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein.
