Responsibilities
  • Prepare reporting for both (internal/ external) weekly and monthly review meetings
  • Design and Prepare marketing materials including PowerPoints and data analysis charts
  • Efficiently work with brands to capture necessary item level information
  • Generate regular reports via Excel, Hubspot, Microsoft PowerBi and other platforms
  • Review daily and weekly sales performance
  • Recommend replenishment actions where required
  • Ensure high level of accuracy and timeliness with orders
  • Build strong relationships and high level of trust with brands
  • Research new brands and find appropriate contacts to add to business development pipeline
  • Schedule meetings with new brands via phone calls, emails and face-to-face meetings
  • Cross functional partnership with all aspects of the business including the transportation team, merchant team and finance team
